One pair of silicone poach pods. Colours may vary. Tips: Use a saucepan or deep fry pan with a lid. Only put about 1.5cm of water in the pan. You can grease the pods if you want so the eggs slide out easier. Once the water is simmering crack an egg into each poach pod, put the lid on. It should take about 4 minutes. Slide the egg out of the poach pod or ease it out with a spoon. No mess left in the pan. Pods are easy to clean.
